The van at the end? (spoilers)

In the very end, when Manar looks out of her window, she sees the van with her cousins sitting outside her apartment. Why were they there? Were they just making sure she doesn't go to the concert, or were they going to take her somewhere to punish her after all? The way it all fades to black after that left me with a very ominous feeling, like something bad would follow.

Any insights would be appreciated!
