Weak writing

It's always a red flag ( for me) when a script has a conversation between two characters in order to explain what's happening in the plot. It feels as if this mini series is geared toward teens.... like Twilight: The Crown.

Just because something can't be explained,doesn't mean it becomes yours!

The writing in this isn't nearly as bad as "Downton Abbey". The writing in that was cringe worthy, which illicited some major eye rolls from me.
