So the story in the game goes that Sheldon made a deal with Di Ravella 20 years ago to put him in power. Did it really take 20 years to work out bavarium?

Sheldon is the one responsible for Rico being an orphan then. So why isn't he the bad guy in this game as well? He needs a bullet as well as Di Ravella.

And what does the main bad guy mean by "Sheldon forced me into power?"
