Stop trying to make this franchise happen

Especially if you have to change your actors for the same characters every movie.
I agree. This was easily the worst of the series and possibly the worst RL Stine related movie or show I've seen. They pretty much just threw a bunch of random crap at us and none of it worked. One minute Max's friends are mad because they think the seance isn't scary, and the next minute they're mad and taking their money back because it was too scary. Then his parents randomly announce that they're renovating the house so they can sell it because they need to be closer to his older brother's college. Who does that? Kids go away to college all the time, and their parents don't pack up and move with them. And then the "scares" were just lame crap like rats, a talking baby doll, a moose head on the wall that doesn't even do anything, and a creepy clown in a mirror. This movie sucked at pretty much every level.
And I guarantee they'll have a new one next Halloween because they're cheap to make and people will watch them on Netflix.
Yeah I agree I thought that they were going to end with this movie and it was going to be a good ending by Nicky and Tara actually being able to be with their parents and they were just going to stop but the ending sucked.
