shareIt is too bad. I enjoyed most of this show. I would have liked it better if it spent more time on the main story line of stopping those who killed their friends, but it is a kids show and I understand that they have to play to their demographic. I wonder if the stories would have went more in that direction if they knew from the start that it was a season 1 and done situation.

I don't know where the episode summaries for the unaired episodes came from, but they kind of tell the rest of the story.
shareI did not like how Chase has been downplayed most of the season, especially with the young kid breaking security. I can get him being so socially backward and wanting a girlfriend enough to fall for it but considering he knew he was dealing with shapeshifters, his failsafes should have been better. Also, the opening scenes feature his Bo Staff, why did he never use it in the series? I just hope that the writers were going to let him redeem himself at least a little in what I assume would be a planned part 2 if they got it. On a side note I did like the scene with Bree attacking Rodesius (spelling?)because of Chase. Shows that while they do have their sibling rivalries and teasings, the family ultimately comes first.
I get that a lot of series end with cliffhangers because they expect to get renewed or picked up for more episodes that season but I really hate that the network did the whole Lab Rats takeover to build up to an unresolved cliffhanger. If they did get new viewers who enjoyed the series, they just added to the list of frustrated, annoyed viewers.
