Am I the only one who heard...

(SPOILERS)...Batari speak English? In the boss fight with Batari right before Takkar burns her to death, I could've sworn I heard her say "Wenja pest" in clear English. Could this be part of some power of hers to speak in "odd tongues", or was I just hearing things?
