Best film of 2018 so far!

This afternoon I went and saw Wes Anderson's latest masterpiece, Isle of Dogs. This gorgeously animated film is about a Japanese city in the future that banishes all dogs to an island. A 12 year old boy lands on the island in search of his own dog. What follows is a dramatic, high stakes adventure, filled with heart and wit. The voice cast is fantastic and includes Bryan Cranston, Bill Murray, Edward Norton, Jeff Goldblum, Frances McDormand, Scarlett Johansson, and others. Isle of Dogs tells its story in a creative and beautiful way and is exceptionally well crafted. I rate Isle of Dogs 10/10 and declare it to be the best film of 2018.
