I was thinking the same thing. The death toll during his rule was higher than Stalin's.

It is a brutal dictatorial regime that is still in power and owns half of everything so, you know, can't criticize the boss.

Same reason they didn't have LRH in the cult episode. Too many people would be offended.

They all indirectly mentioned that criticizing Scientology is very dangerous as they tend to get very lawyery about things.
