I can't believe you kept a girl who was so mean and not fun to watch!

You kept Hawa instead of Aki- she was rude - mean and I can't stand watching the show any more because you kept her. She not only is sub par designer but she is a brat! Bummer for your show - thank goodness Tim saved him - he shouldn't have had to say him - you should have gotten rid of her!!!!!

Now look at "Awana" 'happy' attitude-- yet when she was with her partner Kai she was so mean- she HAS to go!!! Please I want to keep watching the show and she is unwatchable!

reply

I agree with you completely! She is totally obnoxious. I hate to wish anything bad on her, but I do hope they remove her soon. I guess we can only wait and see!

Sheila

What have you done to it's eyes!

reply

just looking at those ridiculous obnoxious blue eyebrows is enough for me to want to send her home. She pretty much styled and dressed her model exactly like herself this week and id be lying if I didnt say I was completely shocked that she was in the top! She looks like a crazy bag lady that steals clothes out of the Salvation Army donation bins ~

That's just her personal style. I don't know why she wears that hijab or scarf. She said it has nothing to do with religion.

I think she mentioned she is Muslim, so the hijab would be part of her religion.

I think what you are referring to is--in episode 1 of this season--one of the girls asked her if her eyebrows were part of her culture, and she said no.

Yes. I was talking about that conversation. I though she was talking about the hijab. It's kind of weird that she would think blue eyebrows would be a part of anyone's culture.

 I know! I thought the same thing! I think it was that girl Chelsea, though, who seems really ditzy.

And TBH, I could be imagining the fact that she said she was Muslim, but it was definitely the eyebrows that she was asked if were a part of her culture, because I was like "WTF?"

She is. But she has her own website/blog. Sometimes she's wearing the hijab, sometimes she's not. No to mention the micro mini skirts and sleeveless shirts. So it seems more like an affectation than religious observance. Maybe it's like that annoying Indian guy on the regular show, who wore ethnic clothing on the show but was always in jeans and tees in his Instagram - a producer's decision on what should be worn.

Also, her makeup isn't as weird. Again, it's like she's playing a character on the show.

I actually loved that dress she made, and I was completely shocked that she could pull it off.

Bingo!

That describes her perfectly.

cant cut the muslim...bad press

reply

yup she didnt even go over to him and hug him like a good sportsman she has to go next

reply

She should've been eliminated b/c she was mean and rude?!? Not because she was less talented then Aki? --- Editing can be deceiving. The reason the technical execution of their outfit was bad, was b/c of Aki's terrible time management, not focusing on the areas that needed work, going against what they had originally planned.

What was she supposed to do? Give Aki a hug and tell him it was OK that he was screwing them over? No wonder she was frustrated. At any rate, I don't think their outfit was the worst. Bottom 2, sure, but they mainly got thrown as the losing look, because the other team in the bottom had either won or was in the top for previous challenges.
