Judging by how my Homeowner's Insurance kept finding excuses to NOT cover things (as pre-existing conditions) (above ground hot tub not covered but sunken hot tub covered) until I finally dropped them as useless, I'd imagine covering SuperHero/Villain collateral damage insurance would be worse than getting covered for flood plain damage by the Mississippi. All acts of God (Super Gods) not covered. And the premiums? Superman needs to build a world wide shield with a targeting system for any hostiles. If I ramble any further, I'll sound like a trekker who argues minutiae about warp drives.
