What Unverse is this in?

Just found out about this... is this part of the DCEU or the Arrowverse or neither?

Neither. Powerless is in its own universe, separate from any other shows or movies.

I read that it's on a Earth classified as 'Earth P', but I think it could exist in the multiverse shared with Arrow and The Flash, because in the comics, there are Earths like Powerless where everything is wacky and corny in a sense.
