I suspect that it's part of the Batman Vs. Superman/Justice League universe but I can't be sure since the only recognizable character is Batman
So, is this show part of any established franchise or something different?

With Marvel, you have Spider Man belonging to Sony, X men, Deadpool and Fantastic Four belonging to 20th Cent. Fox and everything belonging to Marvel/Disney
DC has Warner Bros. and the DCEU with Gotham with Fox, Flash, Green Arrow, Supergirl (and Martian Manhunter, Mon-El, Guardian and sometimes Superman) and Legends of Tomorrow in the Arrowverse, Batman and the Justice League in the DCEU and so forth
These Universes are complicated as hell since no one interacts with the others too much
