I really hate to be cruel and harsh...

...but without question, this "film" is simply one of the most amateurish, least interesting and difficult to watch movies I have ever seen. Ever.

Out of respect to everyone involved, I did watch the entire thing. Honestly, I wish I hadn't.

I really hope everyone involved with this project will take a hard, honest and objective look at the finished product and aim to improve every single aspect moving forward into other productions.

Not a film critic. Not a wanna-be director. Just a lifelong fan of movies from all genres.

Everyone...do continue to follow your dreams.

But please...LEARN FROM THIS TRAIN WRECK.

With the best intentions,

10 minutes was all I could take....its very bad indeed.
Not to abstain from dreaming, but this was a nightmare.

You are obviously a better film buff than me. I lasted 15 minutes then lost the will to live after watching such utter rubbish. Even as a sci-fi fan I can tolerate what a lot of people say is bad.

Shame on anyone involved in making this film!

reply

lol...Not a better film buff at all - just a stubborn fool sometimes. :)

Seriously, I just love movies. I also really try to respect the immense amount of hard work, effort, coordination, dedication, etc...,that goes into making a motion picture.

As such, even for "bad" films, I am the butt of jokes among all my fellow movie buffs since I will still try to find SOMETHING of redeeming value even in the very worst of films. Great credits fonts for instance, or some decent music/soundtrack. Even some hot looking eye-candy femmes will often suffice. lol

Unfortunately, this particular film truly did not have even one redeeming feature. Not a single one. Quite a feat!

It's probably every independent film project's goal to be the next Blair Witch.

This one absolutely ain't it. Not even in the same galaxy.

Still, I meant everything I said in my OP - I hope everyone involved here really looks really hard at what they produced and then FIX EVERYTHING for any future endeavors they may be work on.

cheers,
-mariusar

Be as cruel and harsh as you want, I watched it through to the end and it gave me a brain tumor.

This movie was clearly made on a green screen 90% of the time, but it had a better plot and set up for a decent sequel easier than the 2nd Independence Day movie. I am looking forward to a 3rd in that series, BTW. Due to the cheesy factor of this movie, I doubt that happens, but it established that it was written so.

Most the people commenting here have obviously not seen many movie if this is the worst they seen, yeah it is bad but not that bad.

It is from the type of companies that are trying to cash in on big titles coming out by rushing out these mockbusters.

2nd Independence Day has budget of 165 million or so, this probably has about half a million so I don't know what they were expecting from it.

The problem is more with the viewers than the movie. lol

I agree. Expecting too much from a tv movie is the bane of okay movies.
