Infertility caused by steroid use?

The part about Rich and Hillary not being able to get pregnant got me thinking. Steroid use among crossfit games competitors is more or less an open secret in the crossfit community. No way people like Froning or Khalipa can look and perform like they do purely through natural means. And infertility is a well known side effect of steroids. Of course this wasnt mentioned or hinted at at all throughout the movie.
