Similar series or movies?
Hello :)! I am really enjoying this TV series. I wondered if there is any other Korean TV series or movie which you would recommend, with this same kind of atmosphere and historical story. Thanks!
shareI just started watching this series. Lately, I've been hooked on "period" and dramatized historical shows.
This one is a little different from others I've seen, however. It seems to be a bit deeper than the typical fight for power. It's exploring individuals' inner turmoil with righteous ideals, compromise, and corruption. I'm only on episode four and loving it.
Other series I've enjoyed are 'Nirvana in Fire,' 'The King's Face,' and I'm up to episode 19 in 'God of War.'
I don't watch many historical shows either, but I find "Six Flying Dragons" quite entertaining :). It is a little bit repetitive at times, but the characters' arc is quite interesting and easy to connect to.
