The waitress at the diner

When Jennifer first showed up at the diner, that brunette waitress was super cold towards her after she mentioned Brett's farm, and I thought for sure it was going to be the standard, she wants the man for herself and gets jealous.

But then I kept watching the movie and nothing was mentioned between the two of them which shocked me.

And then ten minutes before the end of the movie they throw in that Brett and the waitress are cousins! That totally came out of nowhere lol
