What on earth is 'Tedouchan'/'Teduckan'/'Todukan' (however it's spelt ??)that they have for their Christmas-dinner ?

Turducken is a Duck inside a Chicken inside a Turkey or some variation of that... Tur(key)Duck(Chick)en. It's tastier than i'm making it sound
