Errors! Movie Name + Descriptions Errors!

This lovely movie first aired on the Hallmark Movies Channel, but was quickly smashed with wrong information on IMDb! Luckily, I am a regular member on IMDb and am able to inform the viewers the correct information.

1) The name of the movie is Magic Stocking as confirmed and proven with multiple sources. It is not titled The Magic Stocking.

2) A viewer named Buddy Baron listed the descriptions of the movie entirely wrong. Obviously, the guy were not paying attention to the movie! Facts are critical on IMDb.

- Previous Descriptions Submission
"A young widow finds a tattered old Christmas stocking at a Holiday craft sale, but is skeptical of its magic when it seems to create small trinkets on its own."

- Corrected Descriptions Submission
"A young widow's daughter was given a tattered old Christmas stocking at a holiday craft sale, but her mother is skeptical of its magic when it seems to create small trinkets on its own."

But the movie is worth a watch right? I'm watching online right now b/c unfortunately I don't get the Hallmark Movie/Mysteries channel - I only get the regular Hallmark movie channel - which is fine b/c it has wonderful movies but I love the mystery Hallmark channel and hoping I will be able to afford the DVR along w/some channels... Thanks for letting us know though about the "correct description". Happy Holidays.

Instead of complaining in the comments section, why don't you do something about it and correct the information?

If you can learn to read the post, you will see that I have already submitted the corrected info and its now up there.

To be fair, there is only a slight difference in both errors. Not a big deal. Not to say it shouldn't be corrected, just a little odd to make a post over it.

I agree that corrections are vital and have submitted some on occasion, but I'm wondering why you felt the need to publicize it on the message boards. You've made the corrections, cool, but it's not necessary to announce it.

Buddy Baron is not a "viewer". He wrote the movie. There's a fact you stated incorrectly.
