Voices of Riff Raff and Magenta

It's pretty clear that Riff Raff was voiced over by Richard O'Brian (the part is played and lip synced by a woman)... but it's not mentioned in the credits. I thought maybe Magenta was voiced over, too? Anyone know?

No one voiced over by anyone.....This was a part of a Westend run that was mainly of actors whom played the roles over the last few years in the UK (or going to play them soon).

I've see the stage show many times with Kristian Lavercombe (the actor who is Riff) and loads of friends who've see him.
He's played Riff since 2012 and almost constantly being playing him as he's been in the UK, then Singapore, the Australia and back to the UK.

He just has an amazing voice.

Kristian does have a delicate bone structure and it flitted through my mind briefly that Riff could be portrayed by an actress, but a simple Google search showed me otherwise! I think Americans are thrown by his first name. A bit like Kristin. Remember Kim Milford played Rocky in L.A. in 1975! And Kim is a guy.

It was quite obvious that Kristian was a male and most definitely doing his own singing! Watch his face, throat, projection, etc. No question on my part.

As for his name, it's just a variation in spelling. No one seems to confuse Christian (Slater) with having a female's name.

Always knew he was a man, always could tell he was totally doing his own vocals. And they were astounding!!

Thats because Christian is a typical male spelling of the nam and Kristian looks a lot like Kristen, which is usually a females name.
