Promoting Victimhood The BBC Way

Black man on death row [VICTIM]
Black mother badly bleeding in hospital [VICTIM]
Black baby heart condition [VICTIM]
Black son mentally ill [[VICTIM]

Truly juvenile and what is worse these creatures at the BBC used every trick in the Big Book of Emotive Memes to get the viewer on side when none of that malarkey was ever necessary.

The BBC has literally become a shadow of it's former self.

Any major BBC series is followed by posts that attempt to undermine it. This is because of the unique way that funds it and results in everybody having access to a range of television and radio programmes that would not be available anywhere else. What some people cannot seem to accept is any positive depiction of people of colour. I have even seen a post by somebody saying that they will not watch the programme "on principle" Quite pathetic really.

All my husband and I see are actors playing a role, this gem of a drama has us both gripped after only one episode.

Exactly and all some see is colour and left wing conspiracies.

We all know this goes on so why shouldn't someone dramatise a fictional version of such underhand tactics employed by the people we pay our taxes to, to supposedly protect our way of life and not to snoop and destroy our freedoms as they have done now for so long.

The OP has previous with any BBC show not showing a 1950s view of Britain.

It's that man again!!

reply

Does anybody ever just sit down and 'WATCH' without disecting things. So many hang-ups on this form. Oh and you forgot to mention the black clouds in many of the scenes. Chill

reply

Why is it wrong to show the stories of victims? Seeing as the BBC is turning as Tory propaganda as Sky news, I'm surprised they didn't portray them as just being lazy, while Tories give their Eton and Bullingdon Club friends top jobs to live for free on expenses, while telling poor people they're not working hard enough just to survive.

reply

Because the British Establishment never cover up their involvement and cock ups that leads to the death of individuals for decades.

Get a grip righty
