hit and miss

for me it was a bit hiss and miss. some of the elements i liked, such as puck's mistake over demitrius and lysander and titania, puck and oberon in general. also liked bottom and the mechanicals, the use of tablets and theoretically the idea that hypolyta was a prisoner of war but it actually didn't make sense in practice, ditto lesbian kiss. i liked helena the most out of the lovers, she brought a great awkwardness to the role which i liked and was convincing. bits i liked and bits i thought just didn't work
