How can someone afford breast implants on a retail salary

I've known at least one retail girl with implants, probably bought them with her tax return.
But if these hoe bags are being paid even base SAG wages for this crapolla, they wouldn't need to work retail.

When I had to get a breast reduction-it cost 18,000 and was medically necessary--breast implants were $3500. Quite affordable if you save and/or make payments. Sad.
