I just watched the episode, and that is definitely one disturbing story.

Saw an account on "Haunted History" where they claimed an autopsy conducted after they retrieved Elena indicated he had sex with the body.

I was actually wondering if he did something like that while I was watching, but it never said. That's even more gross.
