Do you think the accutane still being in her system caused her son to?

Her youngest child to have Autism? I was prescribed Accutane back when I was 19 in 2005 and my dermatologist told me I couldn't take it if I planned on having children even if it wasn't for another ten years because it would still be in my system. He told me his wife took it and their child came out with birth defects. I know autism isn't a birth defect, but was still wondering if that could have contributed to her youngest son's autism and is so, how did her first son turn out perfectly fine. I turned down the prescription because I knew one day I'd want to have children after I got married. I'm expecting my first child this April with my husband.
