This will flop 100%
mark my words this will be a box office bombshare
I'm actually curious how it'd perform now at this rate.share
And what makes you say that?share
If production cost is somewhere in the $175M - $190M range, they will need to clear ~$225M Dom and ~$550M WW/total to make a clear profit.
With the $$ they're saving in marketing at this point, those Dom/WW #s could be 15%-20% less.
someone on twitter said investors have been told the film is still slated for march!
then DAMMIT ^ RELEASE THE DAMN TRAILER ALREADY
I’m convinced it will flop too. This was supposed to be one of big blockbusters of the year and nobody is even talking about it five months in advanced. There’s little no hype. I even forgot this movie was happening at all.share
if we don't get something with doctor sleep or star wars itll most likely be delayedshare
I can't wait for - Count Dracula vs. Kung Fushare
Zero chance, if you knew anything about movies you would know Godzilla movies make massive amounts overseas especially in China. Get some knowledge chumpshare
“Zero chance, if you knew anything about movies you would know Godzilla movies make massive amounts overseas especially in Japan. Get some knowledge chump”
Japan is not a box office draw. The highest grossing film in Japan only grossed $240 million in yen converted to dollars. Shin Gojira was the largest grossing film in Japan the year it came out and only made $79 million. That’s not even a quarter of the way for this movie to break even.
If anything we need China to help us with the film’s success.
Godzilla King of Monsters which was terrible made $385 million worldwide, $275 million was international so you’re just a clown. Also, that movie cost $170 million to make so it made plenty of money so no this movie will not flop you idiot.share
Also, I said China not Japanshare
Too bad I already quoted your original post, kid.share
So you admit you’re wrong over 70 percent of Godzilla’s box office came from overseas.share
KONG MOVIES HAVE BEEN COOL..GODZILLA MOVIES HAVE BEEN BLOATED GARBAGE....HOPEFULLY KONG CAN WRESTLE CONTROL OF THE FRANCHISE HIS WAY.share
