Just finished the premier so there will be spoilers here. My general impression is that it is borrowing heavily from a lot of other recent successes. You got the straight-arrow banker who is now doing the Walter White lets-play-criminal thing. You have the wiz kid programmer who is making all the bad Pied Piper crew decisions with short-term thinking. You have the Hatian gang leader who wants to do the Stringer Bell "lets go straight" move while battling the thugs within his own ranks. Martin Freeman is the Vic Mackey with good hair clone.

I guess what bugged me the most was the meeting between Phil and Nick. I would have loved to have seen it as Nick being just frustratingly cool despite all of Phil's attempts to shake him, only to totally lose it the second Phil leaves the office. Nick did everything wrong except pass him a note saying "I have the $2.2M"

All of the episodes are available on Crackle.

I liked it quite well, mostly the three business partners and especially Edi Gathegi's character. There was a subplot involving one of Rask's work colleagues that I found boring. Lots of twists and turns as the three try to bring their company to market.
