can somebody explain episode 10 to me [spoilers!]

I watched the final episode several times but somehow I dont get it.

is it just poorly writen or unsufficient explaint or is it just me?

- why does Daewon, the number one hacker world wide (who just ripped off the FBI guy and the startup trio) sent an audio file to Nick Talman that links him to a potential first degree murder

- Izzy just hacked Alex data for the lolz and he a huge trail off mob connection information, dating back 15 years? this just seems poorly written.

- what exactly did the startup trio ask FBI Phil Rask to do? They know that he is a dirty cop and that he ripped off millions and that the potentially murdered his collegue. They dont know that he is actually broke and on the verge of suicide.
Blackmailing him seems like a very risky plan.
but really, did they ask him to set up a real FBI case against Alex and his mob connections (which will takes a very long time) or did they just straight up ask him to rip-off Alex for cash?

- assuming FBI Phil Rask looked through the USB Data, then he knows he is going to rip of the mob. he just walks in there with no back-up plan and does not even look over his shoulder on the way out? again this seems just poorly written.

- the russian mob guy scores a headshot with an UZI like gun through a window with a veil. come on, just do the ak47 style drive by shooting and spray the house or send the hitman 47... but UZI headshot, poorly written again imo

- what is with the envelop in little haiti?

so anyway please help me understand this or point out error in my observations.

- the no1 hacker plainly didn't like the fed, some kind of payback. Did blackmail him for starters and then threatened him with a gun later. Made sense to me. He may have respected izzy and co after looking into them too. Hackers code of conduct or something like that.

- Izzy didn't hack the fed, she just said she did. It was cover from the material the hacker had provided. It makes her seem more credible and threatening to the fed when they showdown. Information is power.

- yea good point. But for all they know, king is the bad guy, bit the Russian lady pulling his strings. I guess they thought the fed could play corrupt cop and take the heat, meanwhile the money would be given to the trio. Just my initial opinion though. I think that the beginning of season 2 would bring some light to this point though.

- I don't think the fed knew about the depth of corruption going on with king, and that he himself was a kind of prisoner. Although, Ronald did right? So I get your point. It doesn't seem like bad writing to me, we just haven't any closure yet and my hope is that they provide a reasonable rationale next season. They wrote the story so intelligently for the most part that I can't imagine them dropping the ball in this point.

- it wasn't meant to be a drive by, it was a hit, an assassination. I think her sis was mistaken for being her. They got the wrong (wo)man.

Anyway, good observations. Good questions. I don't have the answers really but wasn't left so perplexed.
