Who created the beautiful opening artwork?

Hopefully, someone from the production crew can answer this, but who created the beautiful opening credits/artwork? Those are beautiful almost Hockney-like cartoons. Would really like to know . . .

i do not have the answer but would love to know also! the first time i watched the opening credits i was in awe and rewinded a few times. gorgeous.
