This one was ridiculous. The family's participation in it - especially so.
And the storyline about the supposed love of Pete's life ultimately did not go anywhere. I felt like I could have done without the whole thing.
I mostly enjoyed season 3 but i think it's clear in the final episodes that the plot had gone through major rewrites because Ricky Jay had died while filming & his character was originally set up to play a crucial role in the final act.
It made things feel a little bit disjointed & all over the place at times but it didn't ruin it for me.
Oh that explains a lot actually. Sorry to hear that.
