How on earth was this film a 15? (spoilers)

The BBFC website says: http://www.bbfc.co.uk/releases/so-young-2-never-gone-2016

There are several scenes in which a woman initially appears to resist the advances of a man before reciprocating. These include a scene in which he throws her onto a sofa and climbs on top of her, and another in which he gets into bed with her and attempts to spoon her. In another scene, two characters are heard having sex in a car, although there is no visible nudity or sexual activity.

Given there are 12-rated films such as Beauty Shop, About Time, and Chicago which have some earthy sexual dialogue, and this film had no sexual dialogue, plus the fact that the 'resisting' is more frisson/playing coy, I have to say this is the lamest reason to slap a 15 certificate on a film!

Brits who saw this film, thoughts?
