Apparently it's coming out this friday in limited release. Then on VOD by the end of the month.
Frankly Zoe Bell is pretty good. The story though is implausible. It could use a better audio mix and tighter edit.
By the time the movie picks up and gets going you are about an hour into the film and quite bored.
That said, there are some good action scenes. Some of the actors are quite good.
But I wish they had elaborated the horror elements more.
You hit the nail on the head. The origin story of a serial killer with Guillermo would have been a great place to focus in on more. They played around way too much with the pacing and her backstory and the all over the place script and missed out on some good acting/action.
