Are there any movie stars who don't attend The Oscars?

I still haven't seen yesterdays show. I will in a minute, though. But based on previous shows, it hit me that not all actors attend it, or maybe they're all there in the crowd somewhere... Seriously though, are there any movie stars (not being among the nominees) who usually don't attend the Oscars, and if so for what reason?

Work? Dissatisfaction?

Angelina Jolie

Tom Cruise
Harrison ford

It's because they're all getting gussied up for the parties afterwards. Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton made their Red Carpet debut going to a party and boy did she look amazing in her red dress.
