I Saw The Devil - scene idea inspired?

I liked the movie very much for its detailed depiction of politics, problems and police responsibilities. However, Raja should not have lifted the scene from I Saw the Devil Korean movie where a capsule would be ingested to target and a police would track him. This concept was used as a major key element in Thani Oruvan. Otherwise, the movie would itself get a full rating for its characterization of protagonist and antagonist alone.

The whole idea of having a tracker on another person is to track their movements.

If you feel that the concept is something new and is copied from "just one movie that has used this concept", then yes, you are correct in your small world :)
