Real fame

I had to laugh when some of the women said it didn't make sense to celebrate having one million Instagram followers, because "that's not real fame...real fame is like when you really accomplish something."

Like marry an athlete?

And another was putting down the entire idea of posting the photos on an Instagram account because it's "fake" because they use "editing, photoshop, filters..." Therefore, the images are not representative of real women.

Oh, like the real women that spend big bucks on makeup, professional styling, plastic surgery, jewelry, hair extensions, dental crowns, etc.?

These women are really something. I watched the first episode of season 2 and was beside myself. I could understand why Autumn wanted no part of the party that Sasha planned. It's going to be awkward when Sasha realizes she's not invited to the wedding! These girls are hypocrites. They really haven't accomplished anything, you're right, unless that would be marrying an athlete. I think on one of the last episodes of the last season, Autumn and Ashley had their kids together at a photo shoot (I think Ashley is a stylist) and they have some sort of career going there that is separate from their husband's career (well, obviously!) But the rest of these girls, I don't know what exactly they do. Then yeah, once you get into the weaves, plastic surgery, etc, how real are you? I guess it might sound like I'm jealous or something, but if I had that sort of money I don't think I would indulge in those things for myself, mostly because I wouldn't want to sit still for that long or waste that sort of money on surgery and things that are not necessary. I don't know, it's entertaining I guess.
