Wives vs. Girlfriends

Don't get it. You weren't born married. They were girlfriends too. And Ashley was with someone who clearly didn't want to marry her 10+ years in, but she still tried to tell herself she was superior because she got a shut-up ring. Her man proposed just to humor her and she had to beg him to set a date, then he put a stop to it. You could see how stupid she felt. I know this was season 1 but I just started watching it OnDeman yesterday.

Autumn and her bff are way worse. They are stepford psychos. Their whole purpose in life is to be a "wife" because it comes with status. And they are so obsessed with image, and they're very basic and cookie cutter. They speak and look and act exactly like they're "supposed" to. Their husbands seem like good guys, but they'll be miserable some day if they aren't already.

They definitely have an air about them, like "Wives act classy. It's all about the husband and how you present yourself." HMMM? You're right, they were not born married. The whole show where Autumn and Natalie had that blow up because Natalie and Shaun were "taking a break" and Natalie said she loves Shaun as much as Autumn loves her husband, and Autumn flipped out. You don't know what Natalie's relationship is like, you never bother to let her talk at all! UGH! I don't think I could handle hanging out with these women for more than ten seconds. Good thing I don't have to huh? LOL! I can see why Barbie doesn't want Autumn at her wedding, and I can't really believe Autumn is shocked at not getting an invite. If I were Sasha I wouldn't go, because she had to practically beg for an invite. But that's another subject!
