Not because the show is canceled. (I found it watchable, but the TV world is what it is.) I'm just angry that asshöle Briggs never got his comeuppance. Such a miserable character. Would have loved to have seen him with a proper violent sendoff.

shareI think that was the basic problem with the show. They didn't start developing the characters until too late in the game. But Briggs was a raging asshöle from beginning to end. Unfortunate he didn't get what was coming to him. Although it's implied in the end that McCarthy isn't dead and if that's the case, you know his #1 target is going to be Briggs. Because he doesn't forgive or forget.

He was not a loser, butt-munching, weasel. He was the only honest character.
How do we know Jackson didn't kill him and use his phone to lure the Ass. Dire. to the 'safehouse'?
