Diary Of A Wimpy Kid 2.0?

Don't get me wrong I love the book. It has great messages and it really is very deep. But I feel they're just going to *beep* it up just like the Diary Of A Wimpy Kids films. The book has underlying themes of domestic abuse, death, and sometimes even mental illness. I just can't see this great book getting a great movie.

I thought the first DOAWK movie was pretty good. And this doesn't look too bad
