Did anybody else notice this?

At the very end of part two, Chiron is arrested and put in a police car. He looks back at Kevin who is standing watching and appears to mouth some words. Any one else notice this? Does anybody have any idea about what Chiron might have said?

I dont think he mouthed any words.. I think they were intently looking at each other though
