MAJOR SPOILER ALERT

When the story connects all of the characters we see Kevin as the wolf among us. By the end of the film it's obvious that one girl believes he's telling the truth. He is running away because the police are trying to arrest him for kidnapping the girls. Then he becomes the beast.

We have what we seek, it is there all the time, and if we give it time, it will make itself known.

What you have written doesn't make any kind of contextual cogent sense. Try thinking about what it is you want to convey and, once done, re-read it and see if it fulfills your intention. If not, try again.

Part of the plot involves his psychiatrist reviewing his case. My radar has picked up other signals since my original posting. She stumbles over some clues that might mean he's A) faking. B) a werewolf C) mentally Ill

I think Kevin's part in the film is going to be told in flashbacks. Maybe detectives approach his doctor at the start of the film and fill her in on an attack perpetrated by one of her patients. In the end she might be the villain. prescribing drugs to create the illusion that he has multiple personalities.

In the Trailer where the old lady asks him a question, You can see in her hands/lap she is holding a clipboard with a sketched/drawing of a wolf.

We all know MNS has always been a fan of the Wolman/werewolves TV/Movie features and kinda shows it in Lady in water + The Village.

Anyway MNS hinted at comicon that every personality could be a past victim of the beast.
