Unintentionally funny (SPOILERS)

I wasn't going to bother commenting on this mess of a film, but some things you just can't let slide !!
The moral tone of the film was highly questionable - it has already been discussed here - the stupidity of a twenty year sentence for a teenager who was shot at and who couldn't have committed the crime anyway due to his injury. Then another person convicted of the same crime and jailed for 2 years plus.
But who can ignore the very obvious too old Reese and his ability to "hide" in a vacant property with a perfect lawn and pool - lights blazing - music blaring - and nobody notices.
The daughter was typical moronic rebellious teenager and the husband - well - I wouldn't want him to be my town's sheriff. What a wus !!
How ridiculous did she look in her wedding dress - and how kind of her to make a bolt for it leaving her tied-up daughter behind !!
What made me laugh was the very end scene where the sheriff escorted his wife's best friend away from the gazebo leaving her to toddle along behind in her wedding dress !! It was so funny.

I wondered how Reese and the squatter got access to such a property. Mind you our town has just lost our favourite vagrant busker who died squatting in a property in a very well to do street.

Thanks for responding. I think in the beginning Reese said he had worked on the property(not entirely sure about that) but he had a gadget that worked the lock. I think your squatter may have been known about and tolerated perhaps being as he seemed to be liked by the town. The idea of a property of that size and value not being monitored seems strange - anyone could have broken in and burned the place down. Another thing I forgot to mention was the size of the sheriff's property - it was very posh for someone on a cops salary. I know his wife worked, but still.

Good points about the sheriff's and Reese's acquired property. I suppose vagrants do seem to have their own way of getting in somehow and that hobo in this was having a slap up meal as well.

Our busker Jim the Juggler was very popular. Tributes are being left at his busking pitch and a community collection is being made towards his funeral.

I thought that I would just freshen this page as I've just watched the movie again 2 years on. 6/10 for this as I am now rating these TV movie thrillers.
