Made my flesh crawl.

I'll be stuffed if I'm going to waste precious time writing a full review.

I made it about ten minutes into this flick, wondering when it would start to get, you know, interesting. Watched their first "improv" in front of a live audience, and so literally so uncomfortable that I turned it off. Later I FF'd through it, just to see how bad it might be. It was.

Annoying, shallow people.
Lots of shakey-cam.
Cringe-worthy comedic sequences, if you can even call them that.

Ughh.

You've been warned.

You ff'd through this film and think people should value your opinion? You're either a troll or not very smart.

It sounds like it wasn't what you were expecting.
That doesn't make it bad.

I loved it.

I went into this with that exact same feeling. I hate cringe situations, and it happens a lot in improv.

It went by very fast for me, some very interesting themes and developments in this one, made me not care for the scenes with the awkward crowd.

Yep - same here, I went in really sceptical as I found the premise of poor sruggling NY actors not very easy to sympathize with, but it just won me over with the charm of the story and the performances.

And yes, improv is often very cringe-worthy, that's just how it works - but when it nails it, it's pure gold.

Isn't there some kind of rule against commenting on films you haven't actually taken the time to watch?

If there's not, there ought to be.

I took the time to watch all of it and I agree with the original poster. Cringe-worthy improv; shallow, whiny characters.
