Very universal problems
The bulk
shareThe bulk of these issues I experience in the US (East Coast) as well. Line jumping, the polite hand wave while driving, guests opening the fridge, etc... All would be seen or felt the same way here. I enjoy the accent though and I'm sure there will eventually be a gem or two in the show so I will keep watching.
shareI agree. I also live on the east coast and experience these problems.
shareUS West Coaster here and we have some of the same problems here as well - the lack of the "thank you hand wave", rude line jumpers, over-friendly-to-the-point of-intrusive waitstaff, and those who can't bring themself to acknowledge, let alone thank someone holding the door open for them.
I enjoyed this series very much and hope it continues. It occurred to me while watching the program that Great Britain in the aggregate is an "introvert" country. Understand that and you'll go a long way to understanding the British.
