Huge sacrifice for the Story of Rachel and her family

I am shocked at what so many anti God people are having to say about this young girls true struggles in her short life before the Colombine catastrophe! Yes it was a catastrophe for everyone involved or uninvolved. Colombine was a pure tragedy! No one is disputing that. I don't believe PureFlix or The Scott family wanted to take anything away from that horrible day by making this movie. Yes she was the first victim on this day,Yes she died, Yes she wrote a journal about her life, Yes she was a struggling Christian teen. Those are all facts and unfortunately Colombine is why her journal is now being publicly heard and sometimes ridiculed by so many. I was hesitant about even watching another Colombine movie. I have seen everyone that has been publicized so I wasn't interested in seeing the story again.This Movie pleasantly surprised me! As a matter of fact, it put my own Christian walk into check. Not one person knows what tomorrow is going to bring them. We never know what one little word,gesture, action, or private journaling etc etc is going to impact or mean to another human being.This movie was absolutely beautiful! I felt like it was showing exactly what I've had to go thru growing up as a Christian and now as a Christian Mother of two college students. It speaks to everyone trying to live a true faithful Christian life. The struggles, trials, and tragedy that this young Christian warrior had to go thru is not false by no means and it was most definitely not endured by Rachel in vein. Why did she know the exact amount of tears to Put in her journal? There were 13 tears and 13 deaths on that day. Why did she write that she was willing to die for Christ in her journal one year to date of this horrible catastrophe? God was working thru this young girl. She didn't want her life and struggles for Christ to be for nothing. I just want to say to PureFlix and to the Scott Family and to my Christian sister in Christ ( Rachel Scott), Thank you for opening such personal writings to this world. This world will not all agree that her life and this Movie was meant for the Glory of our Savior above. Not one cry or tear to God was left unheard on that day. Not one struggle or ridicule that Rachel went thru was done in vein either. Countless people around this world will see this movie and get their lives right with God because of it. She wanted to make a difference in this life and Boy did she ever. God used this Angel to touch and impact so many lives. And it will continue to impact lives and touch people for centuries to come. This movie was Not about Columbine! Colombine has many movies already out and coming out that will tell that complete factual story. The Movie is about One young Christian warrior that happened to be the first victim shot and killed on this horrible day. Colombine is not being disrespected in any way by her telling her true factual story about her life before the tragic day. It is completely true and made from Rachel Scotts real journal that she had for years. Everything that she went thru, felt, hoped for and imagined went into this movie.My heart breaks that anyone would see it in any other way. So many Christian people struggle and feel the same pain that Rachel felt. Young and old, this movie will touch the lives of so many warriors and strugglers for Christ. It has made me want to try harder and not to be ashamed one bit of who I serve. Rachel had to sacrifice her life to make this kind of impact on the unsaved and saved world today and years to come. She wanted to make a difference and I know she would probably do it voluntarily if she knew how many lives it would save from this evil world. If you are expecting a full documented Colombine movie then this movie is not for you.So leave your negativity at the door. But if you want to see the true struggles so many Christians face and be truly blessed then this movie is for you.It has many different positive and powerful ways of impacting people's lives. Thank You Rachel Scott ! Your voice was not left unheard! You made an impact young lady , now and for centuries to come! Praise God for this movie and Praise God for Rachel and her giving family. I know how difficult it must be to have to hear or read the negative comments abiout your precious Angel. Just know that it will touch and bless so many in so many positive ways and your Rachel and her journaling and your hard work at getting her story out to the world is the cause of it. She will surely be rewarded significantly in Heaven. Thank you , Thank You , Thank you. I can't say enough about how this has made a huge impact on my own life. Who would of thought that a young girl would make such a difference. This Movie is About Rachel Scott and it just so happens that she was sacrificed in the tragic Colombine event. It has Colombine in her story but the Movie is based on Rachel's real life journal. It is not about the true Colombine facts as a whole like I said, it's about a young Christian warrior for Christ and the impact and blessing that no negative comment can take from her or her family.(that so selflessly displayed for the whole world to see.)God Bless this Movie and the ones who made it happen!
