Would have been cool if this was a Marked for Death sequel

In the beginning of Marked for Death, Seagal tells the informant that "next time he's going to introduce him to Salazar". I read the title and got my hopes up, but no John Hatcher :(

I'm watching marked for death again after many years tight now, and just noticed the Salazar bit, got my hopes up it linked with killing Salazar... Both called John but different last name :(
