No one watches this.

Lol.

You can't persuade fanboys. You'd be better off trying to convince a wall. ~CodeNamePlasmaSnake~

You need to complain to your local PBS affiliate then. All markets have wildly different schedules.

I was prepared to hate this sun b/c it took place of one of my favorites, Word Girl, but I was pleasantly surprised that I love this show.

And my local PBS station still shows Word Girl too!!!!

Helloooo, Ronald...

We watch it, we love it.
Arthur is "fine"; but I don't need a whole hour of that. My kids and I could fall asleep to that boring mess after ten minutes.

reply

I'm with amandalbee, Nature Cat all the way.

Arthur is a timeless, not boring classic with little cringing. Nature cat on the other hand, I start cringing at the theme song.

reply

Also it took the place of my favorite Sunday morning show.

I discovered Nature Cat via some ads for it during more "adult" shows on PBS a month or two back. It grows on you. Plus, I really like the overall message about getting out there and rambling around. I used to do that all the time as a kid. And c'mon, how many kids shows can sneak in an astronomical *and* neo-Pagan theme at Christmas time (the Solstice party episode)? That's just clever.

Arthur is cute, but the way they wrote all the female characters as shrews got old fast for me. And Arthur himself whined way too much.

Arthur has declined a little, I guess.

Arthur is a timeless classic kids show (I watched it in the 90's when I was a kid), but from what I've seen of this show I think the potential is there (after one episode, lol).

reply

I guess, but Arthur is a good show too. I was just defending it.
