And had some cringey moments. A lot of it felt forced, sometimes unnatural. BUT. BUT!!! It is NOT horrible. It has redeeming qualities. I ACTUALLY watched the whole thing. There is potential for a good show here. There is room for improvement. I will tune in next week and see where things go.

It is NOTHING like the film. It probably should have a different series title, but that's the state of affairs in entertainment today. Intellectual Property, etc.
That said, it reminded me of a lot of the fun films of the 80's and 90's with tons of action and banter. I liked it. Paxton carries the show.
I enjoyed it. Almost a comedy. Fairly lighthearted, silly scenarios (shoot-out)
Paxton gets it going and there are other characters who could be developed
