i thought it was a cute little TV version of The Lion King. great animation, decent characters and some pretty good jokes thrown into the mix. it's not great - in fact, far from it - but as a Lion King fan, i did enjoy The Lion Guard for what it was.

Yeah, I knew it was going to be nowhere near as good as The Lion King. I'll be nice and give it a 4/10 for now

I give it a 2/10. 1- for the music in the first second and the sunrise. 2- for the timon and pumba moment. Other than that, it sucked wet hairy balls
