Night walk scene

Just wanted to say the sequence when Romeo exits the bus on his way to Sandra's is quite amazing. So much tension dialed up with the sound and the sublime tracking shot.

Anyone have any thoughts as to what he sees that makes him leave the bus suddenly? Someone that looks like the wanted sketch? Or is it more of a realization on his part?
