Two old guys holding their ears?

Who are the two grey-haired guys holding their ears while the Fist is performing his loud routine? They seem familiar but there are no credits for either here. I'm thinking one looks like Robbie Coltrane from Harry Potter but the other guy eludes me. They might not be anybody famous but the camera hangs on them abit longer than it would if they were just extras. They might be Canadian rockers who performed the metal music the Fist performs to?

Extras I reckon. I don't recognize either of them.

If we're thinking of the same scene, one of the old guys was Pablo Pumphrey, known for playing Pablo Myer in Check It Out:

Google searching Pablo Myers mascots brings up a picture of that scene and it does more or less look like him so...half a mystery solved!

I know the second dude too. He is an actor, I can't think of it right now, but I'm sure it will come to me and I'll update if nobody get's it first.
