Why would anyone want to see this?
Already knowing what a huge douchey douche Ritchie Blackmore is?
Unless it shows why and how he got to be such a giant dipwad, which he wouldn't allow, I can't think of a reason to see it.
Well I watched it anyway. It does sort of show he's been an a hole since he was a kid, but doesn't really get into it other than to acknowledge his temper and being difficult to work with. There's already more than one Deep Purple documentary that tells "their" side. This one is Ritchie's side. It's cool that it covers Rainbow though. But kind of sad/funny/ironic to see how he ends up playing freaking Renaissance Fairs. At least his wife/singer is hot. Apparently she's got the only carrot he'll follow and her mother's the one holding the stick (they don't get into that though). Oh well....How about that Steve Morse fellow? I hear he's pretty good on guitar too....
